Mauviel is a well known French manufacturer of copper cookware with over 170 years of experience. The pots and pans come with stainless interiors offering rapid heat conduction; from the tests carried out we found that although the pans are up to temperature quite fast, they won’t stay stainless if you ‘really’ used them, but that is expected and otherwise they quite met our expectations.

The steel part is pretty easy to clean with appropriate soap solution and you won’t get a sour palm after washing them. The utensils fitting is pretty good with food staying hot for reasonably long time, the icing on the cake is that Mauviel offers a limited lifetime warranty on the set which is appreciable.
